We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our team and be the first point of contact for potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and pitch digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Development, etc.).
• Explain service offerings clearly and persuasively to generate interest.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert them into customers.
• Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create effective strategies for lead conversion.
• Provide accurate information, handle objections professionally, and build strong client relationships.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in telesales/telecalling (experience in digital marketing sales will be a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Confident, persuasive, and result-driven personality.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services will be an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
